The hardness range of HSD 45-60 is suitable for roughing frames and can meet the requirements for roll hardness during roughing. The addition of nickel can increase the strength, toughness, and wear resistance of Adamite Rollers, and improve their thermal fatigue and corrosion resistance. Semi-steel rolls used for roughing stands are widely used in roughing stands of various roughing mills and blooming mills, including hot rolling mills, cold rolling mills, special steel rolling mills, etc. It has good thermal fatigue resistance and can withstand shock and vibration under high temperatures and pressure.
